Which animé has the catchiest theme tune?

Battle Programmer Shirase has one of the tops in my book. Too bad not many people have seen it, and it never ended up finishing because the company ran out of funding =S A great show though, and I hope I interested some people with it with this video.

Also, Black Cat(my favourite anime and the only Shonen Jump one I can stand), while having a pretty dang good opening theme, it's ending one is just so...gah xD and its so entertaining to watch
