Outlaw Star for absolute definite. Cowboy Bepop is great, but not quite so catchy as just 'good'. For anybody who's not seen Outlaw Star, prepare to watch this video on loop for 20 minutes.

I love these threads because people will always engage in discussion about the anime if you ask. Plus, alot of us do try to watch the vids thank you. Also, I can't beleive that kirby intro. So fucking awesome.

OT...lemme see here....Well, of the new anime to come out, I think that Star Driver has a really catchy OP(I love Aqua Timez)
I also like the first Durarara opening by Theatre Brook. That had a nice beat to it.
Eureka 7 had a good throw in too. I think its Opening were great.
Overall, I think Bleach deserves the "Catchiest Opening" title, since its had a bajillion of them.(and in my personal opinion, far better ones than Naruto)
However, one sticks out in my mind from alot of other anime.
