Lucky Star is a good one. D. Grayman is pretty epic too. Mitsudomoe and Soul Eater also rank somewhere in there... Just to name a few dood.

Lucky Star's theme is quite catchy... But somewhat recently the theme to To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, "Only My Railgun" has been the catchiest...
Or one of the endings to Lucky Star, Which happens to be the opening theme to DBZ... "Cha-La Head-Cha-La"

dragon ball z had to have had the catchiest intro cause the show was made up of 2 parts the intro and the actual show and since the show consisted of 4 episodes of powering up and one episode of an actual attack my conclusion is that it must have the best intro ever in the history of the universe for the show to stay in production year after year with the same stupid formula.
monday-thursday = powering up
friday = attack of some sort
weekend = waiting for next weeks powering up episodes.
