Yup, haven't uninstalled it in years since I bought it. My Xfire/Steams in my profile if you want a very rusty person to play with.
i'd play with you if you reinstall it ;) you can fine me on the server Free Beer No Hack under the name [MPFC]FIGMENT (but I don't play it too often my PC is shit but I'll get it when I get my new mac desktop)

Got to be either Age of Empires 2 (a good 2 years of purely playing that on PC and Mario on my NES...) or Monster Hunter Freedom, must have clocked in at least 350 hours on that game in less than a year.

That's a toss-up between Fallout 3, the Civilization series, Tropico or the SimCity series.

Fallout 3, round 110 h, Test Drive Unlimited (a lot of hours I can asure you), CoD 4 - 14 days and Team Fortress 2 - Countless.

Then there is my dark past too, The Sims = Countless there too.

Probably Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (including expansions). That was the single most played game of my child hood.

More recently TF2, or FFX.

SSBM (Brawl hasn't been around long enough to claim the title yet)
but we also can't forget C&C and Runescape... they ate my life long ago.

Fallout 3 by far. Starting over multiple times to find the best stats to start with, then finding every book to max out every stat, hundreds of hours exploring the wasteland, getting all of the unique weapons, all of the bobbleheads, finish the story, play of the DLC repeating step 4 a few times, then playing with all of the mods? Yeah... I've sunk a good portion of my life into that game, and I still do.
