I can't tell if that was really badly dubbed, or someone(s) doing really stupid voice overs for them.

OT: The worst voice acting I would have to say would be Gears of War, both of them. It terrible dialouge and voice acting.

You know, I saw this game when it was coming out... I was going to get it, because it had Shadow Hearts characters in it...
Now I'm really glad I didn't.

The voice-overs are just by whoever was recording it, right? That's not actually in the game... is it?

That is the worst thing I have ever heard. I vote that.
Resident Evil has better voice acting that that.

ArmA II. Hiliariously bad. So broken, even when using expletives. Example: "SHIT... THE BASTARDS GOT... the... heavy machine gunner... 500 meters... to our... right..."
fantastic game though.

I have no choice but to agree. That was abysmal. Two Worlds had some pretty bad voice acting too.

Will Arnett in Eat Lead. I love Will Arnett and was expecting better. It feels like he just read lines instead of comming up with some of his own.

No, that's actually in the game. The localization crew wanted to release it without an english dub and keeping only the japanese voices. The problem is, Sony of America has a rule that any game released for one of their systems MUST have either english voices, or no voices at all. As such, the localization's project's leader got his wife and kids (literally) to do the lowest budget dub ever, with a dual audio track like what Disgaea had.

EDIT: This is also why Atlus hasn't released the PS2 remake of Super Robot Wars Original Generation in America. The sheer number of characters and amount of voice acting for each would make it unprofitable.

Wow... That's terrible. This game definitely has the worst voice acting... but even after all of that I still think HoTD3 has worse dialogue.

Probably Assassin's Creed. Some voices of random civilians just had voices that were convincing, but badly recorded.

The voice acting from Resident Evil 1 was absolutely atrocious and made me gag on my early morning breakfast.

Oblivion wasn't that bad. They just had too few voice actors but what they had weren't bad

This. I've never seen anything else come close to being this bad.

I was going to say Two Worlds, but that wins hands down.
