Agreed, there's not a lot of room to expand upon a story when the main cast has already saved the world or resolved all loose ends. Following up an epic quest with anything other than another epic quest feels lackluster. Save the world again is just poor storytelling, why wasn't this a part of saving the world the first time around, the protagonists clearly didn't do their job if it gets right back in danger.Craftybonds said:None. more times than not, sequels ruin series.
At least the Legend of Zelda series, usually, had the good taste to lack continuity rather than having Zelda be as face-palmingly pathetic as Princess Peach. How she manages to continually get kidnapped is a marvel of incompetent royal security.
