Snow Leopard is treating me quite nicely these days.

So I'll stick with that.

It's been so long since I used Windows I don't even remember the hotkeys anymore.

Linux. I use Windows 7 for gaming, but if it wasn't for that, I'd switch over to Linux completely.

Windows 7. It plays more games and comes on cheaper computers (or better computers for the same price) compared to Macs. The Mac OS would have to be pretty special to make it worth it to me, but it's not. It's a good OS, but not even close to being so good that I would drop that kind of cash on it when I could either save money or get better hardware for a Windows set-up.

I haven't tried Linux, and I don't really want to. I'd probably mess something up.

Linux!
It's perfect, what's not to like about it? It's free, it works perfectly without any sort of errors or problems (unlike windows), it has a gigantic selection of awesome games (most free of course), and I can change anything I fucking want! And it's built for programming which is what I need most out of it.

Ubuntu for me, though I end up using Windows 7 more, strictly for gaming purposes (though let me tell you, while not a mess like Vista supposedly was, it still has its periodic random crashes that Ubuntu doesn't).

My gaming PC (an Alienware laptop) uses Windows 7 Ultimate, and my netbook (an Asus t101mt) uses Ubuntu 10.10 with an upstream kernel (2.6.38). I wouldn't have it any other way, Windows is great on the powerful computer and works well with the large screen. GNOME, with its workspace system, is amazing on the netbook for multitasking without feeling cramped, and Ubuntu runs crazy fast even on an Atom processor.

Different systems for different purposes.

Same here. Though when I'm at the university I use Linux, which is fine for me as well.

I just prefer Windows because I'm a PC gamer. :p

You know the best windows OS I had was ME.
Got the first patch, and had it for 5 years never touching another patch again.

Accidentally downloaded a patch and bang whole thing went to hell. Turned out it was the patch that was releases a month after the first.

Which is interesting, Microsoft seemed to release a product with few flaws. Patched them, and in the next patch destroyed the entire OS so you would buy the new one...

What a marketing idea. Patch your old windows so it is basically destroyed and you buy what? A new version of windows...well till we destroy that one as well.
