I started playing titan quest, I hear its similar to diablo, the grind is just meh :/

1. its FAR FAR FAR better than diablo.
2. it has a story you can actually understand.
3. it has a soundtrack (an awesome one).
4. the bosses arent anticlamatic and you cant damage 30k in 1 shot.
5. there is barely any grinding.
6. the classes are relatively balanced (except Dream, of course).
7. it has some proper graphics, so you can actually see whats going on.

Bit worried that it only has 3 classes but for $20 its not that bad. I can see them adding more down the line as they are wanting to make it into a MMO.

I was going to reinstall Hellgate:London... Then I totally forgot that the company who made it got fucked over epicly by their wallets.

If this Torchlight thing is made by a company that was formed after the guys who formed it left Blizzard, it's prolly gonna Hellgate itself.

I have PSN but I bought Borderlands on for 360, mainly because I like 360's online better, it's just a personal preference of mine, sorry. =\

Sacred 2, i found it fun huge world and diablo esqe gameplay.

Yeah until the bugs hit... and the slow leveling, my 126 INQ was the most I did, its just too much effort past 100. (were you PC or XBox by the way... or god forbid PS3)

OT: I sit in the corner in the fetal position, shaking. (that means playing Sacred 2 )

I played it on my ps3. i got no bugs on it... the only one I did get was when I went to a temple eariler then I was supposed to go and it wouldnt let me complete the main quest so I started over on silver and I was happy cause on silver mode I was gaining a whole crap more exp then on bronze.

Yeah I hope with the tools that allows people to develop a co-op mode. Thats one important feature that seems to be missing at the moment. But still not complaining for $20, it looks really good.

OT: The same way I pass time normally. Video games. Just because Diablo 3 is one of the few games I'm looking forward to doesn't mean I'm just going to sit around waiting for it. It's probably just going to be Diablo 2 with better graphics and a new storyline (like Starcraft 2).

Conveniently enough, I couldn't play Diablo III at the moment even if-miraculously-it did come out within the next three months, there being an ocean between my machine and I for the time being and all.

From all the reviews and articles I've read though, it looks like when I get back I'll be grabbing a few good buddies and walking them to the game shop to pick up some copies of Borderlands. I'm also waiting for EVE's Dominion expansion to come out in December.

Pretty sure I lose a few months off my life for every one that Diablo III doesn't come out though. They did the original media blitz for it, what, more than a year ago?

I see, I played on XBox, there are game ending bugs on all the platforms, your a lucky man. What level did you get to? 'cus once you get to Niob and you need 8,000,000 to level silver seems a bit funny.

I think around level 35. im not home right now so i cant check.
