Gamma guns.

Anybody assault the lighthouse or the cabin just north of it? JFC Gamma guns are ridiculous.

not if you wear a hazmat suit or power armour where you can laugh at all their pitiful attempts to use radiation against you

for me in fallout 4 it would be the person who thought mapping melee and and throw grenade/mine to the same button was a good idea.. oh held it to long trying to hit someone with your rifle? have a nuka grenade at your feet

the other would be no way to tell what settlers you have assigned to what job is another "settler" doesnt tell me anything
