(I'm not saying any names because my teachers know I have an escapist account.)
I currently have the worst teacher I've ever had. It's not that she's strict, it's that she literally has not taught us a single thing.No one in the class could think of anything she taught us and now were getting ready to take the finals. ;_;

My 5th grade math teacher. She would just skim or rush through a chapter then expect us to know it perfectly. She rarely helped us. My little sister was telling me that the school was firing her because a lot of the 8th graders have to retake algebra in high school.

From what I recall, I was average at maths until about year 6 in comprehensive school. During that year, the worst teacher I've ever had was my maths teacher and my grades in that subject started to drop. I never really caught up after that. I'm 23, and to this day, my mental arithmetic is just terrible.

Now whether that is causation or correlation, I do not know, I just know that that teacher was terrible at his job and I suffered because of it.

My best teacher was at university during my Law & Criminology course.

He was this Irish guy and he just made the Criminology side of my course a joy to learn. He truly cared about teaching and I flourished in that environment. He was bloody hilarious too.

I rarly have horrible teacher because they are passionate in what they taught.
my grade ten math teacher was not the best.
he is very smart the problem was he was teaching people that are more hands on sort of learners let's say. so the problem was more with me than him (he could not think of other ways to explain problems out)but I passed that year with a 51 one two percent over the passing mark!
one of my teachers on college was just a really shitty teacher.
She treated us like we were in grade nine. no cell phones, no laptops, no food accept water and she always had an attitude that ha ha I am better than you and was just an overall *****. and the subject she presented it in the dullest way possible.

My history teacher a few years ago didnt teach us a thing, we spent two years of her class literally just watching films like titanic and braveheart, she was lovely but she didnt teach us a thing, which was annoying

Also had a french teacher who was absolutely terrible, she couldnt controll the class at all, and she got bullied and had rubbers thrown at her and was always being bullied, it was kind of pathetic and eventually she left... some of the people at my school were horrible :(

I had a teacher who insisted what we address here as Miss. Pretty Pretty Princess. That was the only class I've ever not talked to the teacher, cause she was a total *****.

My year 9 music teacher was the worst. After me and my friends protested about him literally forcing us to join the orchestra he separated all of us and was incredibly racist. Seriously, most people in the school knew that he called a class of 13-year-olds 'white trash'.

My worst teacher was my 9/10th grade math teacher. He would sit at his desk surfing the internet until there was 25 minutes of class left and then try and cram an entire chapters worth of stuff into that time. Then the worksheets he gave us required us to solve problems in a way we hadn't been taught. Then he would yell at us for not being able to finish the work. They had been thinking about firing him but they didn't because the people who ran my school were idiots.

My grade 1 teacher...

This girl hit me so I pushed her away, then the teacher not only blames me but asks the class if anyone is still my friend. I hate that woman with a passion.

What most people would consider a horrible teacher was probably in my top 5 best, as a 9th grade Global Studies teacher who did nothing but show movies and give fill-in-the-blanks notes. Most of her class passed the exam with flying colors, surprisingly. My worst in terms of teaching skill was my 10th grade Algebra2/Trig teacher. Not a damn person in the class understood or remembered anything she said, and many either just barely passed, or only passed due to extensive self-study time to make up for the teachers faults (I was in the former). My worst teacher for general disposition? 10th grade Chemistry teacher. Routinely insulted the intelligence of the entire class (would tell us "I know you're smarter than these bad grades" and then switch around to say "What kind of idiots are you to not get this?"... in the span of a sentence or two), put her personal views before those of the school (did you know it's against policy to obscure the American flag? and that she had an LGBT flag doing just that, 24/7?), and failed more students that I know of than she passed. I've talked with everyone I know who has ever had her, and used them to reach even more people who have had her, and over 6 grades worth of her classes, I've not found a single positive review.

My reception teacher. She would teach whole things then go "actually I had it wrong". I entered year 1 with half the cirriculem I needed. For several years I had used the phrase "but this is how my old teacher taught me".

Hmm my grade 6 gets that spot. My grade 6 teacher called me a 'stupid little moron' in front of the whole class when I couldnt answer a history question (Id been out sick for a week, and this was my first day back). Later I heard she got fired for gross incompetince...that made me smile.

One of my university lecturers. Had him for a critical thinking and a games/physics math unit. He knows his stuff, he just can't teach it at all. I learnt more without his help than with it, I think listening to him actually made me forget stuff.

He had an amazing ability to make things so much harder than they needed to be.

Other than that, I never liked my highschool tech teacher, he'd always be yelling, even if it was a one-on-one conversation in a small room. Gets in your face, really annoying guy. Then when it comes to parent teacher night, he suddenly learns how to talk properly and show respect when peoples parents are watching. He's a bloody pretender who has no respect for his students, and probably teenagers in general.

No surprise he never got any respect in return.

My MAT150 professor. He didn't tell us when we had any assignments, made very bad jokes in the middle of class, and his lectures made the material he wanted us to read even more confusing. He also had a habit of refusing to admit he was wrong and changing dates on the syllabus without warning.

I remember that the syllabus said we were supposed to have a midterm exam, but we didn't. Yippee, no test, but when one student pointed it out he called them an idiot for not reading the syllabus. WHA?!

His name was Mr. Kelly...

He has greasy, Obi-Wan Kenobi hair, a beard, and is slightly overweight...

He has a tendency to rant...

Ex. "Okay class, today we will be learning about the French- did I ever tell you about the time I hit a moose? I was driving along and I hit a moose. Did a real number on my car. Lotsa damage. A truck driver saved me! Never heard from him again though, he just left me there... kinda like my wife... My wife was a nice women. Owned a corner store! We had three kids... My kids are all grown up now. they used to-"

The class was "French", but it should have ben named "Kelly 101"

Bonus Points- I once saw him mowing his lawn...

In a blue speedo...

*shudders*

Had a teacher tell me
"you will fail this subject not because i am a bad teacher but because you are a bad student"

That motivated me to study and i got 100 in the finals for that subject just to show her she was a bad teacher and could turn even the most interesting of subjects into a chore
