I can see what you're saying but by that logic, even though I summoned Superman and he died, I can summon "Silver age" Superman, and "Superman Returns" Superman, and "Superman III" Superman, and "Superman The Animated Series" Superman etc... I could do it sure, but it becomes annoying and stale
