this is why i despise most people on general principles. it was mentioned earlier that more humans died then animals, but at least humans have the choice to act like that. animals are probably just randomly chosen, and it is clear that they do not want to be there.

I have only seen CGI but I have heard there are real. Luckily it is illegal to create, view or even attempt to view that kind of porn in most countries (Sorry I can't remember the name of it)

That was ridiculous. I watched the entire thing, and I was more worried about the cowboys. I only saw one horse dead, and that was the one that they focused on. If it was really as common as they say it is, the camera wouldn't have followed it out of the arena. The staff wouldn't have bothered trying to cover it up. As long as a horse can stand back up, it's usually fine. I didn't see one horse fall over and not get back up. There are probably broken bones involved, but these aren't horses bred for racing anyway. They're bred for gentle riding, if anything. As long as the bone is set correctly, a horse with a bone broken once will be fine for gentle riding. And of course the horses aren't wild. There is only one spot on Earth with any wild equines left: the East Asian steppes. Those are young horses, not broken to the saddle yet.

You want real cruelty to animals, watch the races. More injuries, permanent maiming and deaths accumulate in any two races than in every rodeo I've ever seen.

I'm not saying it's wonderful, sunny, happy fun time for those horses, but this is just scaremongering, plain and simple.

The wild horse race is a really dumb event that causes much more injury to the people dumb enough to do it than to the horses themselves. If you are looking for something that is much crueler to horses try, racing. Seriously racing injures, permanently maims and kills way more horses than ANY other horse-related sport.

I didn't watch the whole video, so if it was mentioned, sorry, but is this sort of a "horse-breaking" rodeo? What I mean is- isn't this the process you go through when breaking a horse? Obviously, being that it's done with a huge group of horses it looks sort of inhumane and jackass-ish, but was there really anything abnormal going on?

I've always throught horse racing was a bit ...well I've never liked it.

Is your dog really with you because you think it likes you? Or is it because it was enslaved, conditioned through generations, to heed your commands and be your pawn? Because dogs' untamed variant, a wolf, for example, would simply run away or try to kill you instead of trying to play ball.
