The game was begging for a sequel.
Apparently a sequel called "Forge" was in the works at one point and was canceled.
A sequel to Wing Commander Prophecy would be nice as well.

In reality CCP and WhiteWolf merged, and a WoD MMO is in the works. It'll be years before you see anything of it though.Tanthalos said:

Nice to know I'm not the only person who liked Wing Commander Prophecy. I need more Wing Commander to get my space combat FIX.
Syndicate definately needs another in the series. That premise would never get old.
A shame we never got another Lunar in the series. That last portable game was awful...

On a personal note, I'd like a Ring of Red sequel, a PROPER SSX sequel (Blur and On Tour sucked), and what the hell... can I add a VandalHearts sequel perhaps? That'd be pretty sweet.

Quioto, there's been a sequel for Chrono Trigger for the psx called Chrono Cross. Never played it but I think it made a pretty bad impression. Also Max Payne 3's being made? Awesome!
Anyway I've been saying this on here for months. System Shock 3. With the success of Bioshock I was kinda hoping that the team would go back and make a final system shock game that didn't end with a GODDAMN CLIFFHANGER ENDING!
Ahem. I'd also like to see a sequel to Elite Beat Agents, Dungeon Keeper, Jagged Alliance, Diablo and Devil May Cry. Cos Dmc 4 sucked donkey balls.
Anyway I've been saying this on here for months. System Shock 3. With the success of Bioshock I was kinda hoping that the team would go back and make a final system shock game that didn't end with a GODDAMN CLIFFHANGER ENDING!

oh, and Icewind Dale III please. More epic soundtrack and storylines for a generation in desperate need of them, add in some AD&D 4th edition, next-gen graphics...delicious.
With Bioware making Mass Effect, I no longer think they need the Star Wars license to continue to make Knights of the Old Republic games. The first one was good, I just couldn't get into the second. In fact many of the issues I had with Mass Effect were KOTR carry overs such as good/bad meters and a cumbersome inventory setup. With this new series they can call all the shots on the universe rather than toeing the line of what is cannon. Admittedly, I have grown incredibly weary in anything that is involved with George Lucas.
As for sequels I would like to see are ones that already coming out: Mass Effect and Fallout. Ones that I would like to see: Shogo, Dead Rising (with unlimited time to wander through the game), and spiritual successor to Eternal Darkness.
