Wasn't there some topic about "inner peace" not too long ago?
Meh.
I do a lot of stuff. Playing guitar can relax me depending on how I do it. Certain video games can relax me depending on how I play them. I think UT is one of the most relaxing games when I just put it on novice and go 25-0 a 16-player FFA with nothing but the impact hammer...It makes me feel warm inside.
A lot of "casual" games can just relax me. Most of the music I listen to now is melodic and calm, unless I'm in a really different mood...I'd recommend most of Jeremy Soule's instrumental work, but right now, I'm listening to the last 4 minutes (second half) of Dire Straits' "Why worry."
It's very...ambient. Doesn't really feel like a serious "song" per se, but more background music for whatever I'm doing. Works for, you know, coming home from class and posting on forums.
And hey, some videos I watch can make me laugh and get really happy, which makes me forget about bad stuff for a while.
