If possible, try it with your old graphics card. I'm with Danny on this, it sounds like a POST problem. With second hand parts, I would be inclined to think about shorted parts... Basically if you've got any static electricity stored in your body when you pick up a part, you can short it out. That's why new parts come in anti-short bags, and professional technicians wear anti-static straps.AdambotLive said:

Also, check the load on the PSU. It might be that your new graphics card has pushed it over it's load limit.
