Hm, I remember when I first played BloodRayne, a segment where somekind of parasitic creature the size of a fox enters you through the mouth, liquifies your spine and replaces your head with its own. First time I saw that happen, I had a brief shock of nausea.

I got RSI from playing WipEout on the PS1 years ago. Also got RSI from San Andreas when that first came out.

James Bond: Agent Under Fire for the gamecube. It was that boring and repetitive that it gave me a headache and minor stomach cramps.
I've since boycotted any movie tie-ins. For my health you understand, for my health!

Hhh, would be first Wolfenstein, hours of running along walls (searching for hidden doors) watching wall titles blinking was making me feel sick sometimes.

Fallout 3 had this terrible glitch where the screen flashed bright colours like crazy, making it impossible to see where I was going... unhelpful in Death Claw territory I can tell you.

I don't tend to get motion sickness when playing games. However, stuff like Portal, and the zero-gravity sections in Dead Space, can give me a headache at times. Usually if I'm tired though.

I've felt motion sickness playing Half-Life 2 and GTA4. I think it's the constantly moving camera angle, in the latter, that did it for me.

portal sometimes make me dizzy. Just fathoming the idea of looking into one and seeing a whole other part of the room or whatever makes me feel lightheaded, It's better than drugs at times.

I've never suffered from motion sickness at all, let alone in a game. Having never experienced it I can't really see how games can induce it o_O

Whenever I jump off a very tall building in Prototype I get this really awful sinking feeling in my stomach. If you want to give someone who is afraid of heights some good exposure therapy, get them that game and have them leap off the Empire State building a few times with the camera pointed straight down.

Man no game made me sicker than Medal of Honor frontline. I think it was the one where you storm the beach at Normandy. Also Return to castle wolfenstein was not good. My woman gets motion sick watching all FPS so when i want some time alone I just pop one in and enjoy the peace.

The only game that succeeded in making me feel sick was Draconus: Cult of the Wyrm for the Sega Dreamcast. I believe it was the third stage, where the game is just so dark that you can't really see where you're going. I felt disoriented the entire day...

I love BioShock, but I can't play it for more than about 2 hours at a time. Damn motion sickness.
really?
thats strange i played it for bout 6 hours straight and was fine
How are you with other FPSes? See that is what I don't understand. I play alot of FPS type games yet I can't stand to even watch one. It really isn't all that different than another but for some odd reason ME just doesn't sit well.

I signed up to this forum just so I could say this:

Forsaken for Nintendo 64. Could be the most headache inducing game ever. Or maybe its just me?
Portal sometimes makes me sick to though, I think it all depends on how long you have been playing.
No, no, it's not just you.

I didn't get sick by it, but I was somewhat disoriented. Note it uses a variation of the Descent 2 engine, which is still in (as far as I know) the world's only truly 3D shooter, because you're in a ship with yaw/pitch and it can roll and the entire orientation of the map can change depending on the way you move, and many of the maps are designed with doors in the floor and ceiling and vertical combat as well as horizontal, etc, etc...

And here I was thinking I was the only one who get motion sickness from games...

For me its Farcry 2 and Half Life 2 which is a shame because it put me off finishing either of them.
