Seriously, the 4870 is by far the GFX card of 2008. Makes my massive 9800GX2 erection feel like a rip off.
Speaking of which, what exactly would you say is the best, if overpriced, Graphics Card for PC? This guys Radeon HD 4870?

I got an 8800Gt because they are cheap, can run Crysis on high, and perform almost as well as the 9800. Im an NVidia man so I know nothing about ATi.

Mine came with my rig when i ordered all the parts. I think I payed 300 instead of the 600 but I was buying through a local shop so I got a good deal. I could not be happier, my last card was a Radeon 9250...yea...my last comp was like 6 years old. So I am happy that this new rig obliterates games, makes crysis my *****, and eats children as it has no soul.

No, you can replace the processor as long as it is the same socket size. If it isn't the same size then I guess you'll need a new motherboard, and you'll need parts compatible with that motherboard, because...ya know, it's the motherboard. If it doesn't work with your motherboard, it doesn't work.
