Do you have any? They don't have to be sourced and can entirely of your own construct. I'll begin. Ahem...

'You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you have to make it.'

"When the going gets weird, the weird go pro." -Hunter S. Thompson

It can either mean everything or nothing, and I apply it pretty liberally to life. It's not his best quote, but it's the one I thought of first.

"You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take."

- Wayne Gretzky

I try and apply that to most aspect of my life.

Oh wow, of all the things done to death, you've found the donest and deadest.

Anyway.

"Sir, if I was your wife, I would poison your tea."
"Madam, if you were my wife I would gladly drink it." - Churchill

"The dance of battle is strange and brief, and this battle with you has been.. strangely brief." - CnC Generals, General Leang

"We work jobs we hate, to buy **** we don't need"-Fight club
Oh man, the full quote of that..

Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.

Also:

You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

"Before you critize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you critize them, you'll be a mile away, and you'll have their shoes."

"If a zombie bites you, BITE IT THE FUCK BACK!"

"BRING A KNIFE TO A GUN FIGHT, STAB THEM WHILE THEY'RE LAUGHING!"

"WHATEVER DOESN'T KILL YOU, DIES HORRIBLY"
-Courage Wolf

And just about anything from Fight Club. The writing was brilliant.

WHAAAT!!!?

Who can forget Groucho Marx?

One of my favourite quotes from him is, "She gets her looks from her father, he's a plastic surgeon."

But all of them are good.

I recently found a Poem, in which the last 2 Lines of from the beginning have been used quite a few times

God's in his heaven-
All's right with the world
The year's at the spring
And the day's at the noon;
Morning's at seven;
The hillside's dew pearled;
The lark's on the wing;
The snail's on the thorn
God's in his heaven-
All's right in the world!
I like it, and may start using it once I find a context it fits into.

Plus there's always that "I may be drunk, but you are ugly" thing Winston said.

Here's another one, which I'd like to know the source of:

"Son, you are incredibly drunk. If I was in as much a state as you, I would likely shoot myself."

"Ma'am, if you were as drunk as me, you'd probably miss."

Wow, someone actually remembered the difference between quote and quotation...

OT: "No single raindrop believes it is to blame for the flood." -Demotivational poster
