It just looks like a whole bunch of people came back for WoD, either couldn't be bothered with it or burned through all the content and then left again. It doesn't look like it really caused them to lose players more than they already were unless the sharp drop of continues rather than levelling out.

All this is, is subs resting back to their normal state after the expansion over-hype.

There's still just as little to do as there was in the one year long SoO patch, which is kind of disappointing for a fresh expansion

Find it funny that third expansions in great MMOs seem to be polar ones that also make the high point of the game.

First Velious, then Wrath.

Remember back in WotLK when raiding was semi-interesting and skills weren't dumbed down to shit? Those were the good ol' days. I never had the pleasure of raiding in Burning Crusade, but even I could tell the quality dropped when Cataclysm hit.

Ah the MMO Cardinal Sin: A game that was only ever about GRIND & spell mashing... gets an expansion to streamline/bypass the Grind & Mashing. ....whoever could have seen it resulting in a steep drop in subs once they experienced the shallower grind??

People who could stay addicted to this game, this long, honestly frighten me.
