Worst Anime You've Ever Seen?

Also I wonder if people would hate Naruto and Bleach if they weren't so popular, in the same way that I wonder if they would hate Halo if it wasn't so popular.

I gotta go with the extremely overrated Naruto.

It feels like a whole bunch of badly developed characters not acting like ninjas. The action is crappy the story is crappy and the animation is OK at best.

Edit: By the way count the "best" version of the anime you select. Crappy Dub Job does not constitute an anime being bad.

i hate Naruto. And just to add in, my favorite, and in fact only one is Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z.

May I ask why you hate Naruto, and not DBZ? Yeah, I'm calling people out now.

Think of it like this: The more mainstream something is, the more opinions it is going to have about it. Not a lot of people complain about the goodness/crappiness of lesser known shows, they've probably never seen them. But when it comes to more popular shows, more people will have seen them, meaning more people will love/hate them

Oh I know, I made a post a page back which was similar to what you just said. But I'm still calling him out on it. People shouldn't hate on things solely because they are popular, and a lot of people that say they hate it haven't actually seen it.

Oh sorry, must have missed that post. If it's any consolation, I've actually seen Naruto and I don't like it.

Afro Samurai...I;m sorry if anyone likes it, but i just can't stand it, I watched a couple of episodes, even tried the demo for the game that out and i thought it was horrible. Just bored me.

There are many emotions one can feel while watching AS.

Tenjho Tenge dicked around forever in flashback land and ended on a cliffhanger set days before an event that could have made for a decent ending. It also looked ugly.

Inuyasha, bleach, gundam, full metal alchemist, and naruto are all extremely overrated. not the worst, but not nearly as good as the fans make them out to be.

actually... the last 10 episodes of avatar were horrible, it was very anti climatic, the creators just seemed to speed things along so that they could get paid instead of sticking with what made them popular... come on one episode Zuko is weak and humble, next he's fighting his father, the firelord, and holding his own...? thats bullshit

and freaking Aang died, he couldn't go avatar again >.> ending was sooooooooooooo bad

I don't like Cowboy Bepop. I just lost track and eventually lost interest, and the more I tried to get back to it, the more it pissed me off. I don't get Code Geass either, but I just now started watching it. I guess Naruto is the worst, though I think worse does exist.

Fafner or Yu-Gi-Oh.

On the other hand, the awesomeness of Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged helps elevate the YGO anime into the "so bad it's good" camp.

Fafner is just an unrepentant ripoff of both Evangelion and RahXephon. One of the major "battle" themes is even a slightly-modified rip of the classic Eva fight song. The animation is also pathetically bad, with terrible character art, uninspired mechs and totally horrible battle sequences. I realize RahXephon had some moments of "stiff" mech movements, but that's nothing compared to Fafner.

Naruto is terrible, sure, but at least it doesn't hurt the eyes to look at it. At least the characters don't look like they've been scraping their faces across gravel (you know, that fake "blush" thing. In Fafner's case, however, they look like scratches on the character's faces). At least the characters don't ALL look completely androgynous.

Well, I'm going to go off on a limb and disagree with everyone against Naruto (although you have to just let go of the Ninja concept because they aren't Ninja, they are Demons of some kind)
As for FMA, I still can't agree, it was great as far as I'm concerned (although not always so... It got tedious sometimes)

Yes I am a fanboy, but I'm not blind; I have my list of hate:
1- Sailor Moon (no contest, it's time I will never get back... ever...)
2- Hamtaro (for existing)
3- BeyBlade (Duh)
4- School Days (The MC and the Ending... Don't Ask)
5- Yu-Gi-Oh (All Of It)
6- Monster Ranchers (You Know Why)
7- Pokemon (season 1 to 3 = good, everything after is vomit)

I'll stop here, but the list actually does go to 25 (I've got a rating system and everything)

All of 'em. Avatar was meh, Pokemon used to be ok, and Digimon was kinda cool, but failed in the industry.
