Well that narrows it down a lot...

Pretty much all of them except Vault 8.

Vault 69 sounds alright if you're the one guy, but quite frankly it would be hell. It was bad enough living with three women, 999 of them would be insanity.

And you'd never get in the bathroom.

I hate the Vaults. They're always full of dead people, or insane people, or monsters. I never get a nice, friendly welcome, handsake from the Overseer, free 'Vault n' goodiebag... always death and psychos. I wish I had stayed in 101.

I would say the one where you find Fawkes. Mainly that one because I only bothered exploring the ones related to quests .
