About 5 years back I picked up the Army Men collection, for $10. An hour into the thing my face melted Raiders of the Lost Ark - style.

Never played a barbie game though.

Spectrobes. It's either the boring gameplay or the extremely cliched story. The music of digital chibi Satan being in there might be another reason.

Neither have I but I'm going out on a limb here and going to asume that Barbie's Horse Riding Adventures sucks the balls.

Jumping Flash. Bad when it was released and still bad on the PSN store.

I will go with Predator: Concrete Jungle. They managed to make the experience of maiming and killing into annoyance. I was dismayed.

Oh man! Where's Waldo on the NES was such garbage. That among many other NES games.

But Jesus Christ! How could Bethesda, makers of the almighty Elder Scrolls games, think that making Waldo IMPOSSIBLE to find along with horrid graphics and a STUPID FUCKING TIMER was a good idea?

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Link: Faces of Evil.
Maybe it's because most Zelda games these days are terrible.

QUACK SHOT! I loved that game! How dare you!

I can't believe just about no-one has mentioned my link. I set up the thread to see people's comment to this game. It's interesting what the worst games for some are. Surprised I've not read Night Trap (although that game's something of a guilty pleasure with me).

Turok Evolution sucks hard. I made the huge mistake playing it on the PC and released in 2002, it looks like Quake 2(!), has a shitty boring and frustrating gameplay and it sometimes "forgets" how many weapons you have. In fact, after level 3, it removed my Tek-Bow. Everywhere have been Tek-Arrows, but no where the weapon itself to pick it up again. Acclaim deseverd to crash for this epic failure.

SeniorDingDong: I like your avatar.

As for a serious answer from me, since I haven't actually played Cheetah Men 2, though I've watched a playthrough of the entire five minutes of gameplay multiple times, I'd have to say the worst game I've ever actually played was DragonLance on the NES (I think that's what it was called).

It was, at any rate, based on the characters of the DragonLance novels, and is the most unintuitive control system ever devised on the planet. Not only did it take me about ten minutes to figure out exactly what key combination could allow me to leave the first room, but it was so nonsensical that I had to re-discover how to do it every time I ever played the damn thing. The graphics are horrible, which is usually never a gripe for me, but they were still pretty bad, even for NES expectations. This is one of the ultimate horrors of game design.

Dare I mention Diablo? I can't even get past the first level without uninstalling the game out oh sheer hatred. The combat is annoying and dull, and well everything about it is pretty much the same.
