I've done some pretty weird stuff for jobs in my short life, and that comes along with some pretty awful conditions. Let's have a look, shall we?
Bread factory: Horrid, monotonous work. Grab 5 loaves, into the tray. Grab another 5 loaves, into the tray. Stack tray. Do it again. For your entire shift. And you know how freshly baked bread smells nice? Well, it doesn't after 8 hours. You know what smells worse? Soaking wet bread crumbs. You know what's even worse? Having a stack of crates fall on your leg and having to deal with the deluge of mail from the WSIB.
Lawn/garden care: Boss was a huge jackass. Nothing I did was ever good enough. Now, I like to think I get along with most people, but I just could not get along with this man at all. He was so spastic, so bull-headed, and so ignorant, not to mention he had a rather tenuous grasp of the English language. The work wasn't bad, but I would die a happy man if I never ran into this boss again.
Warehouse/delivery: This is what I do know. You know those giant inflatable jungle gyms? Yeah, I pack those into vans and deliver them. The delivery isn't bad; half the time I get there, set up, and then get to read a book all day. The days spent working at the warehouse, however, are the worst days of my life. Atrociously long hours (7AM to 1AM the next morning) with shifts sometimes no more than 6 hours apart, and the whole time my boss is breathing down my neck, cursing me out for not reading his mind, or giving me completely asinine and pointless tasks.
