I find some (note the word SOME, not all) people who play L4D2 online can be right douche bags. I had my first ever game of multiplayer and got called a 'fucking retard' about 10 times in a row, in a loud, angry voice by some bloke because I didn't see a Hunter jump on him when he was BEHIND ME. I'd like to point out that the other two survivors were quite literally dangling from a ledge somewhere where nobody could get to them.

Plus their servers are quite laggy and the amount of times I've been presented with the 'Retrying Connection to Server...' message!

I also had someone else in a Survival match asking me how old I was, if I was really a girl and do I really think I should be playing Left 4 Dead 'at my age'!?
IMO female players should just not talk online. Not because I have a problem with them speaking, but to save themselves the pitiful amount of questions and sexual advances they will suffer.

It's almost funny...
almost.

Fable II gets honorable mention for going out of its way to be a PoS.
It always amazed me just how god damn poorly it ran.

Haze was one of the worst multiplayer games I've played. The rebels have a "feign death" button which allows players to effectively disappear(the other team can't see them) and then pop back up when they turn around and shoot them in the back. The maps were terrible as well.

Gears of War 2 is painful. I tried, I really did. But once your overall K/D spread looks like a very, very tiny fraction, you start thinking negative thoughts. Like "fup this sheet".

The ongoing saga of Team Fortress 2 for the 360 [sup]lolxbawksfag, go get a pc[/sup]. Seriously, random disconnects, crouch jumping, ice-cream hopping, shooting through the grates, no Pyro airblast, no upgradeable Engie buildings, no new weapons, only 5 levels, and server upon server hosting all-Engineer TurtleFort.

Confound it all, I love it so.

TF2 on PSN.
It's deader than Fry's dog, Seymour.
You guys still have the "backstab without losing your disguise" glitch, and the Demoman still has six grenades per clip. Even 360scum pity you poor bastards.

I actually can't bring myself to play Counter Strike: Source online, because I find the attitude of the players quite disturbingly annoying.

I'm happy with the game, it's just the random disconnect leprosy that gets on my nerves.

I don't find it as irritating as Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, however, which sometimes takes minutes to connect to a game, which is in my experience usually unplayably laggy.

Any online game that I'm not playing with a party that I know everyone in. If I know my party in Gears, Halo, L4D, MW2, UC2, etc, I have tons of fun. If stuck with random players, then RAGE.
