It's the other way around actually. Most "Screamo" is Metalcore.

Well, it's not that bad, but the guitars or melodies are very bland, nothing special or new, and easy to play.

- Black, Death, Doom, Thrash, Heavy Metal.
- Trip-hop (Portishead, Massive Attack, Morcheeba etc)
- Celtic music (Loreena McKennitt)
- Progressive metal/rock (Pink Floyd, Led Zep, Opeth etc)

Everythig else I pretty much snub. Although I do have a particular hatered for Country & Western, Gangsta rap, Emo and Grime.
