Game: Persona 3
Worst part: The music

Some of it was awesome, don't get me wrong- even if I didn't especially like it (That first music in the dorm, for example) it was still usually a catchy enough tune for me to tolerate. Other times...

I really Really REALLY hate the airplane segments in the CoD games, the ones in infrared. Also hated the two other vehicles segments in Black Ops WITH A PASSION.

It's not that they're hard, it's just that they're unnecessary and break the flow of the game. Same goes for every other vehicle segment in every other FPS game. If I wanted to drive a tank, I'd by a tank simulator.

I hated playing the spirit flute in Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Maybe it's because I have no rhythm, maybe it's my DS's broken hinge interfering with the mic, but I can't seem to play the more complicated songs later in the game.

Fahrenheit's story from the scene where you pull superpowers out of your ass and take down police officers with guns till the end. I originally thought it was about a psychotic man fighting with another personality and hallucinations, but instead it was a load of bullshit.

In Rome I haven't had that much of a problem with unrest and such actually, in Medieval 2 however... Trying to play as the Almoravids, having a huge empire, problem is the people in every single one of my cities are bitching about stuff.
To be honest, I've got M:TW2 but I haven't played it that much (except as the HRE, and it was OK, though I didn't get too far into it).

Isn't that stuff in Napoleon: Total War? Because I remember that at the very least when I took over different places I could decide to reinstate the original country with some sort of puppet regime controlled by me. Not exactly the same, but getting there.
Yeah, but it not being in R:TW was rather disappointing.

What did you think of TW:S2? I thought it was rather... boring, truth be told as there wasn't that much of a difference in how each faction played. It was a case of spam ashigaru and charge = win. *shrug*

Hm... maybe try "it was too easy"? I always felt that way. Even on hard mode. Prime 2, on the other hand...
I agree it was a tad bit too easy at times, but to be honest that didn't bother me. I love challenging gameplay and it's my hobby, but I think if Prime had Prime2's sometimes frustrating difficulty it would have been a lot less enjoyable experience as a whole. Sure you burst through the game now without dying, but you did feel like a badass and had the ability to screw around a bit. Whereas MP2E was serious business.

The two smaller Colossi in Shadow of the Colossus. They just weren't in the same league of awesomeness as the others.

My favourite game at this moment is "Civilisation Revolution" and the one thing that I hate about it is the overly aggressive nature of the foreign leaders.

They demand something from me, offering me nothing in return, then when I tell them that I'm not giving them something for nothing they get pissed and start invading my territory. Even Ghandi does it for fuck sake! It's nice that it brings you into conflict, which incidentally is one of my favourite things about the game, but it's annoying that it forces it upon you so early.

Plus the game cheats too. I'm really supposed to believe that a nation with only one small city remaining, who's last in terms of economic progress, can pump out 3 full Legion armies in 1 turn? I call bullshit, it just generates armies for them.

KOTOR: The game sometimes requires you to read datalogs in order to figure out puzzles (and who actually reads those datalogs anyway?) but unfortunately your inventory is a complete unorganized mess, so good luck finding the one you need to read. Also enemies sometimes respawn aafter you leave an area which never ceases to annoy me.

Metal Gear Solid: The cutscenes are way too long and the fight with Sniper Wolf can drag on for way too long.

Jet Set Radio Future: The camera is difficult to control and the boss battles drag on for way to long which tends to break the games flow.

I can think of plenty of nit picks in TF2

1. The economy (the price of items and hats) is completely bullshit, due to many reasons: The rarity of hats, the low price of certain items, the fact that users decide which price is preferable, and most importantly, fucking everyone is trying to rip you off and make a profit.

2. The respawn times screw you over and are usually too long

3. Too many Snipers/Spies

4. Valve hasn't released any new five capture point maps, and are always releasing Payload and Payload Race maps.

5. Valve needs to look up the word "microtransactions" in a dictionary. The new Grodhart laser pack is $25 for four items. The Uber Update costed a whopping $100. Certain hats alone can cost $20.

6. Heavies are overpowered in the fact that Valve seems determined to get rid of all of its cons.

Heavy's too slow? Gloves of Running Urgently
Heavy's too weak with no Medic? Dalokah Bar/Sandvich
Heavy's too weak against Scouts and Pyros? Natasha
Heavy's too weak to Snipers? Fists of Steel
Heavy's too loud, and the spin-up time is too slow? Tomislav
Heavy's not good enough in melee combat? Warrior's Spirit, KGB and Buffalo Steak Sandvich
Heavy's not powerful enough (who would really think that)? Brass Beast

KotOR: how small some planets feel. I understand that there are technical limitations, especially with the engine being what it is, but whenever I play it I find myself wishing I could explore more of a given planet instead of always being constrained to the same walkway or district. It's not really something that "pisses me off", more like a lingering disappointment.

Baldur's Gate II: lack of optional wilderness areas to explore like in BG1. I think BG2 builds upon BG1 in pretty much every aspect except for this, which is a shame.

Mass Effect 2: the linearity and how the cover-based shooting spoils the tension. You know when you're walking down a corridor and you see all these conveniently placed boxes/rocks/whatever? It's like there's a big signpost saying "enemies will spawn here".

Warcraft III: nothing? I really gave this some thought a while back for another topic and I could never find anything that truly annoyed me with this one. Blizzard's best game in my opinion (yes, I prefer it over Starcraft).

Final Fantasy XIII's insane difficulty level (I've been stuck on every single boss)
That mission in Dog Days where you have to escort Lynch's boss
Mass Effect 1's ending. Oh, and the fact Mass Effect 2 replaced Liara with... What the hell was Miranda supposed to be?
The fact that left 4 dead is crap in single player
FEAR 2 has practically no replay value.
