Worst Wake Up Ever

6:45 in the morning. Mum walks into the room...

"TIME FOR SCHOOL!!!"

Easily my worst experience was when I didn't get up, she actually got a bucket filled with cold water and slowly poured it on me. I guess my mother never has any empty threats.

So about 20 minutes ago I randomly awoke from my slumber, to see a spider 2 inches in front of my face. Besides screaming and killing it in instinct, I am now wide awake though not having more than 3 hours sleep and can't get back to bed.

So what's the worse way you've been woken up?

Well I can simpathise with you. That happened to me too...but it was actually walking on me. (shudder)

I feel the same. I used to have this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9beA88_66c] as my alarm, the classical part never woke me up, it's only when the crazy drums kicked in (3:30) was I woke up, and I'd have an awesome dance in my bed before I got up. Dancing whilst lying down is pretty difficult, so the dance never went further than my arms and legs flailing around in random succession, great way to start the day though, and it pissed off the entire house.

OT: My dog woke me up this morning with her crying because she needed to go outside, I was guilt tripped into being woke up, and that cold as fuck morning air when I opened the door was disgusting.. not my favourite way to wake up.

Last week, it was really hot. And I mean really hot. The power went out at 2:00 AM and it didn't come back. With no fan to keep the room cool or bug zapper to get rid of mosquitos, I was kept up all night because of the intense heat and by being eaten alive by bugs. But at 6:00 AM, when I'm just about to doze off, BAM! Power goes back on. Since my bed is directly under the light bulb in my room, I get a face full of florescent agony. So I got up, looked around, just said "f*ck it" and proceeded to starting up my computer, without sleeping one wink all night. Worst. Wake up. EVER!

well in 6th grade, my school does something called Outdoor ED. and every morning, we would have to wake up and do a specific job with my group out in the woods, and one morning i was sleeping too hard and and the coach blew an airhorn in my ear to wake me up and i jumped up and hit my head on the bunk above me. i was quite angry.

Being woken by either my cat batting my face with a paw or my grandparents dog sniffing at my face if I'm visiting. Those both have the 'instant awake' thing and they both drive me nuts.

This is a bit of a long story, but basically, I was working at a summer camp. The cabins we were boarding in were connected to each other through the shower rooms. The guys in the other cabin were the grounds crew. All summer long the kept a giant jar and filled it with various substances, from noodle soup to shaving cream to beer.

At the end of the summer, at about 11:30 at night, they snuck into my cabin through the shower room, ripped my blankets off and dumped the entire contents of said jar onto my body.

After a brief shower, I retaliated by starting a fight so big it caused over $1000 in damage to the cabin, most of which came out of my paycheque, and I'm not allowed to work there anymore.

I woke up to find my mum sitting on the end of my bed, on my Netbook, going through my History...
She looked at me and said "Matt, I'm surprised at you." and walked out the room.

The ONE TIME I forgot to delete my History...

I have a cat and when she sleeps with me in the morning she usually knocks stuff over to wake me up. I have this shelf like thing jutting out from my wall behind my bed and I put an assortment of items on it. So one morning I'm woken to this shock of pain in my face, my cat had dropped two heavy hard-cover books right on top of my head. Lets just say she doesn't do that anymore...

Funny that, I let my computer run a check disk when i went to bed, and about 4 hours later I woke up to the click of death. My 500gb HDD is now a paperweight.

I'd had a late night and a nightmare. I woke up with my cat sleeping on my face, rolled out of bed and stepped on a moist hairball that he had tactically left on my floor. I was barefoot.

My other worst one is when I rolled out of bed at 4 am, awoken by my cat (again), was halfway down the stairs when he got under my feet and I fell down the stairs, breaking my pinkie finger.

Remind me why I have a cat again?

When I was on a Highschool week long trip to the Peak District in England a fair few years ago, I was awoken by some douché (who I dont remember)...Who sprayed 'Deep Heat' ( athletic muscle relief spray ) onto my Nuts....it friggin hurt!...I still cant believe the moron actually de-panted me in my sleep

I was sleeping on the floor because I am lazy and awoke to find my dog over me, only to roll away seconds later as she puked right where my head was.

I actually have a truly bad one but it's depressing and disgusting and personal all at the same time, yay.
