What if you don't have problems with your stress, blood pressure, et. al? Most of the studies about veganism/vegetarian compare them against the general population, which makes the mostly useless. The general population eats too much meat, dairy and fat, everyone knows that. There's no in-and-of-itself reward to veganism, vegetarianism, or a diet with meat. I wouldn't do it because it's inconvenient. The best arguments for vegetarianism are environmental or ethical, not medical.
