Are you kidding me? Hell no. I would never, EVER give up my rare steak. Being vegan is stupid and only hurts your body. Whats worse, if you try and make your new born child vegan, you are going to have one malnourished baby on your hands.

No. It's stupid and no. Health risks occur when you don't eat meat.
A properly planned vegan diet is perfectly healthy. [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12826028]

It is not morally wrong to eat animals, I'm morally wrong for eating that baby cow? Well then so are tigers, lions and any predator willing to eat a baby cow. I ate veal once as the cruel bastard I am I told my friends "I could taste the suffering. its like schadenfreude in meat form"
Generally humans are held to a higher standard than animals. Comes with being capable of reason and all.

Hell freaking no, human beings are omnivores, we're made to eat meat and veg. Hell the majority of the food I eat is vegetables and fruit, I was never a huge meat fan, but I eat it and fish occasionally, so there is no way I could go vegan...

Wait... I suppose I could if the prize was a threesome with Jeri Ryan and Christina Hendricks.

In an attempt to not fire off my fingers with various reasons why one shouldn't become vegan, my personal experience with vegans and the type of persons they actually ARE in real life, and any other possibly offensive truths about vegans, I will kindly say fark no, i would not.

No, absolutely not.

1- I've run into more than a few violent vegans that smacked food out of my hands because it was meat and violating THEIR life choice.

2- I like me steak and chicken.

3-See reasons one and two.

I probably wouldnt without having some sort of serious dietary issues, that said Veganism isnt necessarily healthier.
There are issues such as anemia, because Iron from plants is harder for your system to break down, osteoporosis, same reason but replace iron with calcium. A lack of B12 will make both of these worse.
There are also links between processed soy and breast cancer (in both males an females) and an estrogen like chemical found in soy is known to "feminize men" if over consumed.
Granted there are ways pretty much any kind of food can kill you, heck we can die from breathing.
it's all there you just have to do some research before going into it ... also ... the soy thing is true ... thank god soy is only a grain of sand in the desert that is vegan cuisine eh?
And a mere atom in the omnivore cuisine.
hahahaha!

of course, i won't even argue with that .. but how much of the omnivore cuisine will you ever try before you die? ... chances are not all of it ... same with vegan, there's more than enough to keep me intrigued and occupied until the day i meet that dude in the black cloak ;D
Neo? :D

No I wouldn't be able to survive a vegan diet.
Or the local farmers cows would not be able to survives me becoming a vegan, because I know that in my sleep my natural hunger for flesh would take over and I would find myself waking up covered in blood inside the hollowed out carcass of a freshly killed cow......... Dammit now I want a Stake.

The only reason any vegan has given me is so they can gloat about how they're so much better than I am because I'm hurting the animals by eating meat (which is impossible because between me and said vegan, I'm the only one who eats food that's already dead), I mean they say it's because the meat industry is torturing the pigs and shit before they kill them, but that's going to happen whether I personally eat pork or not so it shouldn't matter to them enough that they want to `convert' me so damn badly.
That's a pretty terrible argument. Going by this logic there's no problem with buying diamonds that fund conflict in Africa, or products of slave labour. After all, it's going to happen whether you support it or not, right?

Things die, other's need to live, so long as life goes on after death (and there is SOOO much more evidence for this then just merely experiencing nothing at all) I'm fine, it's just something we have to accept.
Uh huh. What evidence is that, exactly?

If every person in the world went vegan, then cows, & pigs, & all other manner of domesticated livestock would go extinct. I could not have the entire extinction of cows on my conscience, could you?

So I eat one cow to save the species... for the greater good!

There's no problem if I don't give a shit about the conflict in Africa. And if I do care I would decide to boycott that stuff myself, sure, and sure I would spread the word, but I wouldn't pester people constantly until they agreed with me, that's just being an asshole.

nope, when I was a kid I didnt have much choice what to eat, when I got food served infront of me I ate it, didnt ask if it was ethically wrong, later on at the age of 15 one of my classmates turned vegan and she did make a big fuss about it, so I think this statement that I told her is pretty good: "If youre in a cage with 2 Lions, do you think those Lions will start to debate ethics when they get hungry?"

those who turn Vegan for health reasons: Good Luck with that, I appreciate people who have the nerves to see this much effort, tho its not like eating meat 2-3times a week going to kill you

and those who turn vegan for ethical reasons: In my opinion youre hypocrites who just beg for attention, if you truly have issues with drinking milk then atleast shut up about it and drink whatever you drink and dont advertise it to the whole world

Animals also shit everywhere and rape each other, saying "well animals do it" is pointless.

ITP: Assuming there's no such thing as a quiet vegan.

No. I don't eat most vegetables because I hate the taste, so I'd simply starve or have to live purely off pickles.
