From Heavy Rain:

*Lt. Blake kicks the door and enters the house of a suspect*

FBI Agent, Norman Jayden: I'm not sure it's entirely legal...

Blake: Call the cops.

---

Mad Jack: What, they're letting you dopeheads in the FBI now? God bless America!

All sorts of things from Baldur's Gate spring to mind, though on reflection it's largely because of the strength of the voice acting.

I love Caleb from Blood. Unfortunately, he is not popular amongst gamers...

The previously-noted store endorsement in Mass Effect 2, first of all. And "Assuming direct control."

Furthermore, "I'm ready! How 'bout you?" from Halo: Reach, said as - SPOILER - the speaker is getting stabbed in the chest.

Lastly, "Any objections, lady?" from Metroid: Fusion. Other M's reveal trailer sent shivers down my spine when I heard that phrase....

"It's dangerous to go alone. Here, take this"

A classic, but one I find myself using in everyday speech far too often.

"even if they did come now it wouldn't make any difference, just look above you"

*looks up, the moon hangs menacingly, seeminly very close*

"if it's something that can be stopped... THEM JUST TRY AND STOP IT!!!!!"

-Skull Kid -Legend of Zelda MM

(he didn't actually shout but i always thought it would have been more dramatic if he did)

Who would be so evil they would steal a house?
That reminds me of my favorite line in Pokémon Red/Blue. A little kid somewhere at the first city says: "I like shorts, they're comfy and easy to wear!" And then challenges you. WHAT THE HELL?! Massive Jedi Mind Trick!
Mine is when you meat the first rocket and he describes team rocket.

"Would you like to join Team Rocket? We're an evil group that steals pokemon! No? ... Are you sure? ... Then I guess we have to fight!

"Reapers. Names given to us by the Protheans to give voice to their destruction. In the end, what they chose to call us is irrelevant. We simply...are."

Best line of Mass Effect, superb writing and whoever did the voice acting and sound effects for Sovereign nailed it epically. They could easily have gone with a cheesy "We are reapers for we reap the galaxy of sentient life!" or something, but their trivializing of the name and complete disregard for its meaning really give the reapers an enigmatic malevolence. That they don't take heed of any conventional line of morality, or even thought, that organic life has.

"So wake up, Dr. Freeman. Wake up and smell the ashes."

Also loved that opening line from the G-Man in Half-Life 2, did a nice job of setting the tone for the rest of the game.

"There are few of us now. We know we will soon be gone. And so we see our fate as others will see it. There will be little legacy, little left of what we once were. Our accomplishments, our technology...if ever they were seen again would spawn none of the awe that filled our conquests."

One of the excellent cinematics from Freespace: The Great War, an under-appreciated gem of a game. Wording might not be exact, I'm going off memory, but that was the gist of it. I'll look up the cinematics on youtube when I get a chance.

Assassin's Creed 2

It had me rolling on the floor.
THIS.

although I think the exact wording was "I mean besides women"

Also, from Prince of Persia:Sands of Time:

The prince and Farah are in the grand library.Farah is reading from a book.

Farah: Listen to this: "Of what use is reason against the power of Love? Love is Life. So if you want to live, die in love. Die in love if you want to stay alive."
Prince: What's THAT supposed to mean?
Farah:I thought you'd like it.
Prince:If you want to be useful, try finding a book that will tell us how to get out of here.
Farah:This isn't that kind of game.
Prince:...game? She thinks this is a GAME?!
