Besides the fact he's an idiot, seizing his computer was probally a bit of an overstep. I mean, how many terrorists play WoW? And how many tell people they're actually going to blow up a plane?

The answer would be none. (I hope.)
They're probably just punishing him for his idiocy. He doesn't deserve to play WoW anymore.

If he had done it first, and had someone asked him when he did it, saying "I did it thirty-five minutes ago" would have been the most unfeasibly awesome thing anyone has ever said after doing anything.

(Not saying that blowing the plane up would be awesome, saying that "I did it thirty five minutes ago" would be awesome.)

Ahaha, only America- oh wait its been said.

This reminds me of the vanilla wow days (when I still played):
I was in a pug with a friend, and after going through a couple of hours (our first run) we got to the last boss (can't remember which instance it was) and a great item drops for him, he rolls doesn't win.

Now for a laugh (we were 12 or 13 don't judge us) he spends the next few minutes in group chat claiming he'll kill himself because he lost the will to live (go emo!).

After that he takes it to the next level in Org and spams around a little.

Worse comes to worse 20 minutes later he has the police at his door step trying to council him and telling his parents all about it etc.

Didn't work out well for him (3 months no WoW!) but I had a laugh.

No goddamn way this is real, no way someone can be that idiotic. Who actually reveals their evil plans before they commit them, I mean c'mon!

Told you I was hardcore. Really seriously people just to be a dick because I am having a bad day the kid plays WoW. If he is dumb enough to bring a gun how the fuck is he going to get on a plane with it. Actual terrorists had to use explosive liquid smuggled on by different people. Thank you terrorists that I had to throw out a 30 dollar cologne bottle so I could smell good for my girlfriend when we landed.

Second point say he isnt that stupid and decided to engage in fisticuffs on the plane you have a group of people that probably do not want to die so they will all most certainly bum rush the dumbass especially if he doesnt have a gun.

The point I am trying to make is the kid is fucking stupid deserves having his computer confiscated and that should be a lesson to anyone actually stupid enough to make a terrorist threat in a time that everyone is scared shitless over getting blown the fuck up.

I laughed at the fact that the FBI actually listened to a GM from World of Warcraft and seized some kid's computer!

I take it he wasn't happy with life. Glad he made the mistake though otherwise who knows. And the worst part is, there are more ticking time bombs just like him out and about.

Or maybe he was emotionally disturbed, and just wanted attention. That's the explanation behind lots of seemingly stupid announcements like this one.
