Uhm, I only wrestled my senior year (I moved to my school, and my old one didn't have a team or club) so I don't know how much I can help. But the best advice I can give you is to percevier, because training is really, really tough (atleast it was at my school) and very rigirous. Just stay mentally focused, and keep your head clear during training and matches, because being flustered is an easy way to fuck your mind and body up. Just stick to your training, absorb every move and technique you can, and don't give up on yourself.
This really applies to wrestling and every other martial art. I have ALOT more experience in other martial arts, and a small background in brazilian jiu jitsu helped me adapt a little faster. Also I wasn't completely inexperienced with one on one 'combat-type' sports. Your going to have to be used to a one-on-one confrontation. Keeping a clear head is the best way from getting nervous when its you and the other guy while everyone watches. That can be a really nerve-wracking, even terrifying experience. But if you keep a level head and just concentrate, you can definetly get over the fear. I'd also say absorb every thing you can, practice often, and make your wrestling technique your instinct, so it becomes natural in the ring and you don't have to think about it.
I was in a much lower weight class than you, so I had to rely alot more on speed, agility, and technique than the heavier weight classes. I had next to no power-weight between me dropping weight and just not being naturaly a real strong dude. Luckily I still won a few matches, but it wasn't easy because I was never the stronger of the two. So, I can't really give you any advice on technique, because our tools are totally different.
But mental strength, and the will to never give up is something you can always use. And with wrestling, which I consider the toughest sport you can compete in, you're going to need it.
