While I weren't a fan, I can always respect a craftsman working hard. He got people to read, and that is what matters.

They are very, very... Um, 'Murica. Not exactly Modern Warfare levels, but they do give you the impression that the book is about to leap out of your lap and salute the old glory every odd page.
