When I die, no matter how tragic the circumstances, I'd rather those that knew me partied down and had a good time in my memory, than moped about in a depressive, solumn funk. Live and laugh, people; life is harsh enough as it is without bringing people down from beyond the grave.

Another day, another senseless death... When will the people of America ever realise that gun sales should be banned so that tragedies like this can be avoided?
This, however, comes closest to 'sickening behavior' in my book. Let's use this death to further agendas!
I agree, this is not the time or the place for either the gun-ban nuts or the guns-yay nuts to preach. This is a terrible, senseless death, and can be blamed on one thing only: the victim's psycho husband (may he suffer a painful mischief for his crimes).

36 is just too damned young to die.

Banning gun sales isn't the solution, chances are he bought the gun ilegaly. And, if gun sales were banned everyone will just get knives.

Restricting access to weapons will make it less likly that someone will use them, compare the gun-murder statistics between the US and the UK, US (where gun ownership is legal) has roughly 11,000 a year if I remember the statistic from 'Bowling for Colombine' while here in the UK (where you can't buy guns) we have about 99.

I just felt the need to point out the difference between having a gun and shooting someone and not having a gun and not shooting them.

Guys, seriously, not the place for a gun/anti-gun argument. Neither side will convince the other, ever, and it shows disrespect for the topic, IMO.

RIP Melissa, may there be games and broadband for thee wherever you are headed.
When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns.

On topic: Tragic.
