Hmm i must've lied when i made my account, cause im underage and i'm now downloading the Dead Space demo now. I dont remember putting my DOB in when registering my Xbox live account. Either i lied or maybe it relies on the DOB that you put in on your hotmail account that your xbox live account is bound to.

Fucking bullshit, fuck Microsoft. The really annoying thing is that I almost always make up a birthdate, I only don't lie when I really care about the thing and want to be truthful. Interestingly, the only 2 times I've done this it's backfired on me. First was this case, of course, the second was with Rockstar's Social Club, only after it was launched for awhile and everyone made profiles did they decide that if you're too young to meet the Mature rating for GTA4, you can't access that section of the site anymore!

Then the free month of Gold membership ended. Now today I go to download the RE5 demo and what box comes up? Something along the lines of "You can't download this unless you have a gold membership." I swore. A lot.

Similar thing happened to me with the Project Origin demo. I had put the right age in but i needed gold. So i just downloaded the PC demo with Steam. Of course RE5 isnt on PC.

Assumed they were paying it since if you're a miner odds are 1/9 you're old enough to have a job, if you're here the odds are 1/4, they're paying for it they put their credit card number which is either on the screen or one-2 right before or after the one with the age.

When I signed up for Xbox live I put my real birth date. Under 18 of course.

Come to think of it, there was a time when i used my real birth date. When i signed up to Gamespot. I can't change my the DOB witch means i cant watch MA trailers etc. I can always watch em somewhere else. And i live in Australia, and im almost 15. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!!!
