Does he honestly think that calling up a hosting company to change a password is finding a loop-hole in the Xbox Live security system? What a nub.
I bet he changed his gamertag to coincide with MW2 or something.

I dont normal like hearing about large companies sending out a team of lawyers to deal with a problem but this time, I really do hope they grind this guy into the dirt.

I'd love to know the similarities between the two ideals considering pre-marital sex is more immoral than hacking someones account.
>Implying having sex with my girlfriend is more immoral than the laws he broke.
>Implying having sex with my girlfriend is immoral
If you're not mature enough to take care of a child, you're not mature enough to have sex. And I'm pretty sure most people would agree that people who say ">Implying" aren't mature enough to take care of a child.

I'm so sick of people calling little twerps like this Hackers. One, he entered the system with the intention of making it known he hacked it ... HACKERS DON'T DO THIS!!!!!!! at the very BEST he falls under the description of a Phreak as he was more intent on doing damage than information gathering. Calling anyone who does anything with a computer online a hacker is just downright stupid.

somehow the whole "I'm just trying to help" spiel doesn't tie in well with the "I'm gonna have sex with your wife" part

I'm sure they'll come out with a patch for the obvious security flaws that Predator found. Oh wait...

I laughed, out loud too.
Make sure to read it in a Texas accent for added lulz.
And given that Stepto is from Texas, imagine that it's him, picking up the Predator call one time, and breathing it quietly down the line.

So if I contact a web site adim, and manage to convice them im someone else, and that I cant access my account, they will reset the password, allowing me access... and I can call myself a hacker?

Damn, if thats all it takes, than I was wasting my time trying to do what they did in Hackers...
I used to have a roommate who dubbed himself "the conman" because of his AMAZING abilities to con things out of people. Except the people he was conning were customer service reps. And the "con" he was used was complaining loudly and for great deals of time until he got what he wanted.
If you've ever worked retail, you've probably been "conned" by a similar tactic, except used by people over 60 with too much free time on their hands.

If you're not mature enough to know sex doesn't always equal baby then you're not mature enough to be having sex.

Microsoft really needs to add a "No Asshole Rule [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asshole-Rule-Civilised-Workplace-Surviving/dp/0749954035/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302118785&sr=8-1]" (I use the word strictly in the sense that Stanford professors do).

"By signing up to xBox live you agree not to be an asshole to other xBox live users. Microsoft reserve the rights to discontinue without refund, services provided, to assholes."

Why does it need to be any more complicated than that? Imagine if they implemented it, and I was choosing between buying a 360 or a PS3:

"Hmm, the PS3 sure is tempting, but on the other hand, Microsoft ban assholes. I might not like Microsoft, but I like assholes even less."

"What happened here had absolutely nothing to do with Xbox Live," Toulouse said. "What these kids try and do is, all day long, they try and get my account or someone's account who's popular or prominent. We're talking like hours and hours and hours of phone calls and trading tips and tricks on forums. It's quite humorous sometimes to watch."
He seems to be taking this pretty well. I guess when it's your job to deal with this shit day in and day out, you learn to find the funny side in it.

That was.... pointless, wasn't it? All you're doing is assuming that I believe sex always equals baby, and if you carefully read my original post, there is no section which states that. What it does say that the mature people should be ready to take care of a baby before having sex, otherwise shit will often go downhill.
