I think Zynga would lose most people on xbox live once they realize they can't teabag in Farmville.
Every time either of my roommates mention facebook games I want to defenistrate them. The worst time is when they fight over it. I'm quite tempted to leave and call the cops the next time it gets physical.Puzzlenaut said:The real reason is that nobody who has a proper games console will want to play games like Farmville because there is much better -- of that 30 million number, maybe 5 million would ber even slightly interested, and of that only a tiny fraction would buy it.
But his logic here is still pretty off on the other end -- he implies that facebook has 500 million potential players, and yet almost everyone I know wouldn't even consider playing games on facebook, or at least don't admit it.

I read that as "Xbox Live not evil enough for Zynga" :S
Lol. Who was it again that said facebook games were among the most antisocial games in existence?Calcium said:Personally I find playing games on Co op far more social than Cityville ever could be.
Facebook and mobile phones may be more "inherently social" but Zynga's games arn't.
It's actually 77%, but you know, whatever.D Moness said:80% of statistics are made up on the spot.Fappy said:90% of his friends have smart phones? Really? Either I am really behind the times or he's good at making up statistics.
