Then do what you did for the base game and wait for a sale...
...
Is it just the "Petty As Hell Olympics" here on the Escapist this week?
Yes. [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.826008-Sony-Unveils-PS3-to-PS4-Software-Discounts]
OT: Sounds pretty neat. I doubt I'll get it anywhere near its release since my budget is running thin and there are other games I'd rather check out first than go back to this, but I'll probably get it somewhere down the line.
EDIT: Also, having an auto-playing video in an article thread is annoying. Just pointing that out, I dunno if anyone in a position to do anything about that will read this.
Are you all actually serious in that you believe that $30 is ok for content that doesnt involve any new missions or story at all? well fine, perhaps it is for you. Generally i play a game through once and once only unless its truely standout.
Sorry but i dont want this patch even if its $5. Ive played the game beginning to end so the only thing that would more intrest me is a new scenario. You dont agree with me? fine because i'm not asking you to boycott the game, just commenting that i wont be buying it.
... ?
Please point out where I state that I think $30 is a fine price-point?
In fact, I stated that I would likely wait (until it gets cheaper) because I don't have the funds to comfortably spend that kind of money on this; Also there are rumors that it does include new missions.
Completely disregarding that, this would be fantastic value for people who don't already own the base game. The changes and additions sound fun and interesting and more maps are a great idea. So you won't be buying it. Fine. But then ridiculing the developer because you've "already beaten the game" and it's "priced the same as what [you] bought the game for in the first place" isn't fine. You could simply state that, because you've beaten the game already, these changes aren't all that interesting to you. Or you could wait for more concrete information. Or you could acknowledge that other people might be interested in it, and for that price because it (I assume, at least) includes the content from the base game it'd be a great value for new people interested in the title.
Instead you go on about how it's not even worth $5 to you because they might not be adding more storylines. Is it
really so hard to attempt being positive?
