This is the first video-game related thing that made me wish I was Australian ever.

Actually, there are Mana and Health Potion energy drinks. Quite possibly the only exception to my claim, "energy drinks are for the weak." I believe you can pourchase them for ridiculous prices at ThinkGeek.com.

OT: This is absolutely badass. If I were of legal age, felt comfortable in a bar scenario, and had the means to go to Australia, I would be all over this.

This could be the next greatest thing since Kareoke bars in Japan and Korea! Seriously, there's a lot of guys I know who would pay to go to a place that accepts their habits of hanging out and playing Guitar Hero or Halo, including me. I hope it spreads.

Anyways, yes, this is undoubtedly awesome. Methinks a sight-seeing trip with this somewhere near the end is due...

Hehe, well apart from the fact that the race for the actual opening of the bar has only just gotten into full swing, the whole Mana Bar chronicles have been coming up regularly on the Australian Gamer podcast for a while now, towards the start of last year I think.

Shame I live in Victoria. Hopefully it's a huge success; they might be able to branch out. I know I'd love to get a get a job there if they decide to put another one in Melbourne somewhere.

Why does everybody keep yelling about all the games being "next gen"? Consoles are considered current gen only because all the manufacturers are stacking on coming up with replacements, the only thing you can call next gen in 2010 is probably dx11.
