As much as I'd love to go, I don't think I'm going to be catching a flight to Queensland just for a drink and a few rounds of Street Fighter anytime soon. I guess I'll just have to hope against hope that they'll branch out into Melbourne sometime in the future.

That said, I know exactly how well most people treat game controllers, especially if they don't belong to them, and I'm worried about people going in there and finding their PS3 controller is busted. Those things don't come cheap, and I can imagine they'd go through quite a few controllers and Wii remotes.

Anyway, all the best to Yahtzee, Yug and Praz. Hope the opening goes well!

They have a bunch of photos of the place up on the Mana Bar Facebook page (can't be arsed linking to it). The place is tiny, but I think it has a sort of friendly 'Moe's Tavern' atmosphere to it.

Also, as moronically biased Yahtzee is towards all things Wii, he probably understands that a lot of people who visit will just want to enjoy playing Wii Sports or Wario Ware while smashed. I know I would! Damn my under-agedness!
