Girls at gigs always get a hard time - guys excited over music is a scary thing. I know one of my friends had a guy undoing her corset during a gig and it was too packed for her to turn around for a while.

Never been to gig but worst I've had was few days ago when an old flame was getting handsy and going over everything that was "better about me now" (ass and arms etc). Good few minutes of having to endure it uncomofrtable since saying anything bad will kick everything off again for the rest of the night.

Dude. Just imagine being a girl at a concert!

I had one guy shove his hand down the front of my pants once which was rather unpleasant.

And this guy I was behind turned around and tried to get off with me then and there haha. When I wouldn't he put his hand on my face, stood on my feet and pushed my backwards so I'd fall over! Luckily the guy behind me saw what was going on, held me up and elbowed the guy in the face.

But yeah, girls seem to spend the whole concert trying to enjoy music and keep their fucking clothes on D= I don't mind the odd ass grab but it just goes too faaaaar.

Especially if they're fat and disgusting D=
I... think you won the thread. I mean wtf?

As for me, I've never been to a real concert. Too many stupid people with too much alcohol, unfortunately I can't stand that for a whole concert without the urge to kill me or everyone around me.

I get groped pretty much every time I'm in a large crowd. I'd think by this point I'd have gotten used to it, but it still pisses me off. If I'm fast enough, I grab their hand and dig my thumb into their wrist. If not, I get in their face and just glare at them before moving on. No one has managed to put their hands under my clothes though. Well, except for the times I'm cross-dressing, but they always freak out then so I don't have to really do anything.

I've never been good at standing up for myself. Standing up for others is a different story. At a concert, there were some guys in Tapout shirts pulling the hair of a friend standing next to me. He was the shy sort and didn't do anything. Eventually I got sick of their behavior and their "let's have fun at his expense" expression and slapped the offender's hand away and told him to "knock it off". Naturally, they decided to make me their target then. One of them got up behind me, so close that his shoulders were pressing against mine. Considering the Tapout shirt, I assumed he was trying to start a fight, so I didn't try anything openly aggressive. Then I got an idea and intentionally fell backwards. His attempt to keep from falling kept me from falling, but he flew backwards into the wall behind us and fell on his bottom. I turned around and went "Oh! Sorry about that," with a sincerely polite expression and they decided to leave us alone.
I'm the same as you. I remember letting a someone beat me up when I was about 12 because I abhorred violence, and probably couldn't win anyway. But nearly always defend or stand up for others, not with physical violence though, obvously.

Should have pounded the guy in the nuts. That was practically sexual assault, if you ask me.

As for the girls, turning around and sternly telling them to please piss off may have done the job.
It is sexual assault. But he was kinda burly and I didn't want to risk getting my ass handed to me in the last 5 minutes after being there for about 8 hours.
Horrible attitude. It doesn't matter if you have no chance to win the fight, if you have the balls to punch him in the face for it, you already saved your honor.

Ahem.
No, I wasn't sexually harrassed. I was however called gay on the street by a bunch of assholes. I just told them to fuck off. There were meny of them so I kinda expected a beating, but they didn't come after me.

I haven't been to concerts.

However I don't think I'd have much trouble because when walking around in the street the expression on my face seems to cause terror among fellow pedestrians, even though it's my relaxed/thinking expression. I'm really a bundle of love, honest :)

I went to the concert of my absolute favourite band at the time, Protest the Hero, and due to liking them so much I got balcony seats so we could enjoy the music. I enjoy pit atmosphere and what not at gigs but this time, I really did just want to listen.

So imagine my dismay when the 10 or so teenage guys next to us stand up and start hardcore dancing in the stands.

I went to see Placebo live (Best band I have ever seen, by the way) and I was right at the front. I was leaning over the Rail, I could basically touch Brian Molko. however, my experiance of being so close was ruined by me being crushed between a really, REALLY fat guy and two fat lesbian women.

A little after that, I was pulled a bit further back by my friends, and this drunk, roughly 35 year old man, with HUGE muscles and a really big, childish grin grabbed me around the neck and hugged me for about half an hour. I didn't wanna stop him, in case he did... Something!

About 20 minutes after I escaped this Level 2 Boss's arms, I encountered my third and final problem... Intoxicated Idiots. At first, I thought two men were trying to rape me, as they just sort of garbbed my ass and didn't let go, after turning around to see these two men, I think "Oh no..." and then, much to my suprise, they lift me up, and start me off Crowd Surfing.

I was the Crowd Surfed to the back of the Arena Placebo were playing in. Best, concert I have ever been too.

[sub](Also, bear in mind I am [and was at the time] 15 years old)[/sub]

I've never been molested or injured at a concert, but I saw a rather rabid mosh pit at an Attila concert that put a few kids in the hospital, mainly the result of people doing stage dives into the pit.

When I saw CKY we were shocked to find the place full of huge, surly biker types. We pushed one in the mosh pit cause we were feeling like brave little 14 year olds......then he just turned round and went "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!" and we all scarpered, nearly getting trampled by all the other huge, surly biker types.

In hindsight, I wish I'd have just gone amd bought a 10 quid coke and sat sipping it and enjoying the music.

Offhand, I'd say that your experiences should tell you that the particular venue you viewed the concert at was very trashy and attracted trashy types of people. Not much more to derive from it than that.

It was the Staium Of Light in Sunderland.. if you know where or what that is. Hell I could have just made it up for all you know. Maybe nothing is real and I'm not even talking to you. Who are you?

Oh right, I don't think it was a trashy place, but then I'm not really concert literate.

I got molested at 'Pendulum' and punched in the face at 'Less Than Jake'. Though the most recent gig I went to was a very polite affair, someone accidentally knocked me out in a circle pit by headbutting me and about 10 people picked me up, made sure I was okay and offered to buy me a drink. So it's a mixed affair really. You get some pricks and you get some really nice guys.

Was he trying to do a flying moses (definition: fat man tries to crowd surf and when he jumps the crowd parts like the red sea)?

Nope, never had any problems like that. But then again, I'm a fairly rough-looking fat guy, so no surprise there.

The most unpleasant experience I've had at a concert was some rasta dude constantly smoking pot a few feet away from me, and I really hate the smell.
Other than that my concert experiences were all gravy. In fact, one was so awesome I'll probably never be able to top it: A crazy gig with Elecric Eel Shock and the Bloodhound Gang in a bar, and then drinking the night away with the latter and some ladyfriends of theirs with highly questionable morals. FUN! ^^
