Spoiler: 1st ship would be the dark blueish grey ship-of-the-line named "Widow"s Lament". 144 guns to her, it would literally cause other seafarers to sh*t a brick. (may have to "modernize" her armament first) Her flag, a simple dark red standard, tattered, faded to black at it"s bottom border

Spoiler: The second, of course, would be the Galleon. Any scurvy dog worth his salt should have one. Named the Saint"s Parade, She would have 64 guns, be brightly couloured and ornamented to hopefully fool most merchant vessels into thinking that I wasn"t a scalliwag. Her flag would be something nice and cheery, and it would probably change often to keep up the disguise.

Spoiler: The Third ship would be the nuclear powered HMS Astute, I would name her ironically "The Destiny Manifest". Doesn"t rightly matter who mans it, you"ll never see her comin.

My ship? The Nightmare's Maw. She's shaped like a mighty eel and sails near-silent; she specialises in ramming enemy ships, the prow carving through them mercilessly like he jaws of a shark. She looks like a derelict, but she is strong and fast like the wind.

My colours? A white flag with a huge handprint, painted in the blood of those crew that died in her service. The ship needs feeding, and those loyal to her provide sustenance.
