Spices primarily; various edible goods as well. Not to mention certain relevant wares to my location.

Everything; by then I've killed every other merchant and upgrade my wares so regularly that the PC would literally commit game suicide if I met an untimely fate. Every object I sell is linked to my heart and if it stops beating all of them detonate with a massive explosion. I know how those shady "heroes" work. It only takes some idiot saying "hey, kill that guy!" for me to be brutally murdered. Not alone you son of a *****...not alone...

Sucks if your a trader though because apparently there's a law to buy every worthless piece of garbage that someone wants to give you.

Healing stuff. Any game. You would NEVER go out of work. EVER.

*EDIT* Unless the game has no difficulty curve. In which case all you can do is toss your healing items at random low-level monsters. And you probably *DO* do that, considering how many of the god forsaken things the protagonist picks up.

I sell Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale [http://www.carpefulgur.com/recettear/]. I couldn't help but linking that seeing how on-topic the game is to the thread.

I'd sell Antidotes, Soft Potions, Maiden's Kisses, all those cheap, "buy 10 at the start of the game and never touch them again" items. Of course, I'd set up shop right next to the swamp dungeon full of monsters that induce horrible status effects, and being so close to such a dangerous place, I'd have no choice but to charge, say, 20-times the usual amount. Hey, it's hazard pay! And that case of Petrification your White Mage has been stricken with isn't gonna cure itself. It's not like you've got a choice.

extremely powerful weapons that will give the wielder a debuff. the weapons can be traded, but the debuff will resurface from time to time, and has a chance of pass along to your party members.

I'd sell achievements. There are many people who would nearly whore themselves out for a few meaningless points so I imagine that I'd be rolling in the gold/rupies (dunno how to spell that one...)/gil soon enough

Decapitated heads of monsters, teeth from monsters and other random monster appendages.

And human shoulders. Shoulders are important.
