Furniture, you can only buy it from me, there is none displayed in my shop, you can't sell it back, I don't hold any in my inventory. If I die, you can't purchase it, and since people only get this kind of stuff at the end you are loaded so my prices are inflated like crazy.

For these I would give an item that helps the player defeat X thing that then gives the player Y thing which I would then purchase from them.

I sell automatic weapons and mods for them at a slightly higher price than anyone else, but have a membership thing, so everyone who buy guns at my shop get to buy ammo (slightly) cheaper.

Also, melee weapons. Any kind.
