Depends on how I feel at the time of the choice, not exactly the happiest here right now so would probably choose godhood, my creation would most likely be a mix of a lot of things, I've always liked the Sandmans style of gods coming about through dreams and belief, so would enjoy all the interesting pantheons that would appear, maybe a lovely goddess to call my own, that or live out scenarios I wish I had taken and redo certain choice, but then again with omnipotence there is alot you can do, may enjoy living with my creations as well.

I would go to another galazy, and create 6 worlds, which we will call 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. 1 and 3 will be at constant war over 2, which houses the minerals each of their species need to live. 4 and 5 will be a hellish nightmare and a paradise respectively. And 6 will be my surreal celestial playground, where I will rule and experiment, and the laws of the universe dare not stray, lest they face my wrath.

I'd go God, every time.
I can just recreate Earth as I see fit! I'd appear in a puff of smoke and perform miracles in front of snooty Atheists and i'd flat out tell morons who get the wrong message from my teachings they're wrong (obviously only if it's really stupid like The Book of Megawat states in Frank 1:13 that all people with blonde hair should be killed instantly on sight!).
I would reserve part of the world as my personal playground, recreate Fallout 3, a Zombie apocalypse, space invaders, Skyrim, etc.
And when my creations finally die they will be placed in limbo where I shall meet with them personally, judge them and grant them a fitting eternity. I would change my appearance to match their deity of choice though (which means if you're atheist I'll just leave you in a dark room for about an hour to screw with ya).
I can do all this is I am (in this scenario) God and can see, know and do everything all at once. I don't know how that'd work exactly but... it does. And if you disagree I will Sims the crap out of your life! Welcome to the 1 square metre you'll be living in for the rest of eternity for your sacrilege.

... Actually, scratch that. It'd be almost exactly the same. If I recreated the world, I'd put a portal to some fantasy land (probably Gensokyo) in the Bermuda Triangle. Then it wouldn't just be an urban legend.
