Learn everything I possibly could about everything. Have fun, engross myself in all forms of culture.

Overall though, immortality is more of a curse than a gift. You are forced to stay forever young as everyone else around you grows old, withers, and dies. Sure, you can move on, but something about seeing everyone I know wither away just frightens me.

If I wanted to, I could become a Hero of sorts. Ya know, find and destroy the mafia by myself. Go to the Middle-east and round-house anyone who thinks blowing up innocents is a good idea.

Volunteer to be part of dangerous expeditions. Colonize Mars? Whats the worst that could happen?

If I was immortal, I would devote my gift to making humanity and human kind better. If Im going to live forever, might as well have people atleast like me.

I'd travel the world, and then learn everything there is to know.
Finally, I would spread a bunch of awesome rumors about me and sit on a mountaintop until someone climbs it to seek my wisdom.

So I can die? Sweet!

Once humanity dies off and I'm the last one alive, I'll still a Nuclear bomb, Detonate it and fly a plane into it. I don't know why, but I won't HAVE to....

Make a career out of my regenerative abilities. First become a Youtube star with homemade videos of me cutting myself open just to grow back again. After Usher gives me a contract to be in his videos (let's face it he has no standards), I'll live the good life for a while. After that, the US military would obviously want to kidnap me and reverse engineer my talents, so I would spend the rest of my life on the run. Immortality sucks:(

First reaction, despair.
Living is hard as it is, worth it, but hard sometimes. Forever? That's a little much.
At this point I don't think there is a worse fate I could conceive.
Forever alone, you'll outlive everyone you love.
Those you try to become attached to will wither and die before you harboring resentment for your youth.

Second reaction, find a place for myself and cope.
Maybe break all the comic rules and sign up for the military or scientific study to set myself up for life. Eventually they'll notice I'm not aging anyways, I might as well use my curse to help further scientific pursuits.
Maybe humanity isn't quite ready enough to deal with me or I'm a little to scared at the time, I'll live as I do now.

Third reaction, hope. A chance to see just how far humanity will make it.
At this rate I won't see space travel, or alien life, or virtual reality, or jet packs.
If life really can't stop for me any more, I would have to accept it, look forward to the things no one else will ever know.

Zasalamel's a pretty damn good example here actually.

I can't die, ever but I can still be injured? What happens if WW3 hits and a nuke evaporates me? Do my ashes regenerate? If there are no ashes, do I just regrow from my atoms? This makes no sense.

Ignoring the emotional pain of watching everyone around you age and die...

Step 1. Continue my efforts to get in shape.
Step 2. Live.

I'd not commit any crimes, that's for sure. A life sentence when you live forever...that's something I don't want to deal with at all

I'd start a bank account with a high interest rate when I have money in there, so if I have 100 bucks, it grows higher and higher. I'd keep the account, live cheap, work and beg, and when I have a big amount start using it by investing in small companies until I made the big bucks. Then I'd work my way through the classes until I reach the top. I'd also start a LOT of families, so the world would be relateable to myself, and my kids would always have a father figure to look up to, the largest family tree in the world! BWAHAHAHAHA!

I'd also preorder the next Duke Nukem game after Forever, and Half Life episode 3, since I'd have already remarried 3 times by the time we get a release date on them :p

I would screw with the minds of future generations.

Example of screwing with the minds:
1. Appearing on photos and paintings and movies in various places and various times. Laughing my ass off when someone finally finds out about it and tries to figure it out.
2. Write a series of books under different pseudonyms at various times. Which make sense only when read in special way by combining text found in all those books.

Become an actor.

Seriously though?

I'd try to learn everything there is to learn, there are many different things I would love to learn but sadly there isn't enough time in my life to fit it all in.

Oh and of course: Superhero.

Most likely study everything in excruciating detail.

I would be like a human encyclopaedia and I would be worshipped as a God and the longest living pope.

Ask for some time off from my immortal body so I can at least get 25 years of age. Having an 18 year old body for the rest of time would kinda suck. Also; can we please die if the earth blows up? I don''t want to be the last person alive, or stuck floating through space, suffocating or floating into the sun for the next few millenia.
