Keep in mind this is based on my personal and technically also religious beliefs.

Continue on the path of being a scientist. Start keeping journals of things, especially world events. Learn things, and collect things to sell when they're older to make money. Stocks and other investments. Build myself a fortune but be a recluse and act like its my heir taking over every so often. Be incredibly upset as people I love get old and die. See the world, experience things, write about them in said journals. Potentially publish books, either as fiction or nonfiction (like hell the government is getting ahold of me, I'd have to be careful). Learn how to take care of myself with the essentials, even while living comfortably. Be upset when the human race inevitably destroys itself, potentially leaving me as the last remainder of humanity. Survive as evolution occurs again, watch the new race, potentially be regarded as a god. The sun will eventually go supernova, destroying the planet, hopefully also me, since there shouldn't be anything left to regenerate me.

If I were ever tired of existence I would probably shoot myself in a rocket into the sun. While it may not destroy me, I will at least not be conscious as my body is continually destroyed and reformed.

Also, off topic, I don't know what to do about my captcha. The second word is literally the symbol for sigma, 'o', a carat, 'e', and a line that looks like it might be part of an r with the curve removed. THAT IS NOT A THING. I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE KEYBOARD TO TYPE THAT. EDIT: HA HA HA HA it actually took the first word and 'sigmaocarateline' as the second.

I would launch my self into space. On a course which made me fly around the solar system for a thousand years, only to finally crash back onto Earth. Due to no air in the space I would pass out, but not die for I am immortal. thus effectively traveling to the future!

BEAT THAT!

Steer the human race towards an era of prosperity and advancement, I'll need them around in a thousand years or I'll get bored.

Save up enough money to buy the rights to the Queen song Princes of the Universe and then have it be played wherever I went.

Do crazy shite I wouldn't otherwise for teh lulz. Also see if I could make my future wife immortal for Obvious reasons. And do something incredibly risky but high-paying for a while and blow the cash on more crazy crap. After a year or so I would try amassing a not small fortune.

Probably just relax more. Go on with my life. Enjoy the big and little things. Try to replicate the anomaly so my girlfriend can spend the time with me as well.

Cry.

Immortality is gonna really suck, after a certain point.
Very likely, but until that point I'm going to go around enjoying the hell out of myself.

Also, if it were impossible to die, I'd probably go sharpen my close combat skills in actual warfare situations :D

I'd learn a lot of languages, things, etc.

I'd be rich by letting scientists check out why i am forever young or selling cloned bloodcultures of myself at angsty rich people that hope it will make them the same or cures them for ridiculous prices and have a lot and lot and lot and lot of fun.
^this.
but seriously i have actually given this some thought, and if i were indeed like that i would do the above to gain money, then spend that on attending several colleges and universities until i had several degrees (and got to spend time in college for about 50 years) then i would run for president with mu awesome track record for being a super genius and win, then over thou course of 200 years i would integrate every country that i personally think would be a good addition to my home country and then rule the world little by little. no joke. and japan and England are first on my list. Canada can join to.

What sort of immortal? Can I die from being attacked/blood loss or do I live from it? Do I age? If yes then I would probably teach myself everything about the universe, I would become the most brilliant musician, the most intelligent scientist, better all of mankind and search for new life.

If not then sleep with the most attractive girls through time

wow... I would take over the world. The fact that i would not be able to die would raise my arrogance to superhuman heights... I would probably start by taking over a city and keep going out. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not evil. I just believe that I could make a far better government than the lousy humans who are in control now. I would eventually control all of Canada, with that power along side my invulnerability and immortality, I would take my armies and bring down the American government. I would then place one of my trusted people in control there, making a government that follows my unique design. After that I would continue conquering the world. Eventually I will be the leader of the world, dealing justice with an iron fist, but caring for my people too. It would be an age of peace and prosperity that lasts for the rest of existence.

I'd do the things I am uncertain about doing now, and with great enthusiasm. After a while though I will probably loose a lot of motivation; the element of danger in life keeps the stakes and passions high.

I would probably start building a huge physical and memory data base on all of humanity's knowledge, so that once the system collapses and couple tens of thousands of years humanity (if it survives)goes back to the stone age i can start planting the "seeds" of knowledge on this new humanity,(probably evolved from our current primate cousins) and hopefully directing them in the "right" way.
if they fail, i guess i just teach them about this "religion" & "Money" idea, and wait for the new batch :D
