I would leave society all together and watch as the world crumbles apart and the countries of the world destroy each other with their nuclear weopons than after all is said and done I would come back and build a new world using all the knowledge I had studied and learned in my years of solitude to make it better than the one that exists now. so yeah not that much to do.
Well, there'd be nothing I could do about it, 'cause I'd be immortal.
I'd go on with my depressing, eternal life and wait for the earth to die, just so that I can float around in the universe until everything disappears from existence. And then, finally, only me and God (provided that he exists and that he's immortal) would exist... I think I'd try to become friends with him, what else can I do?
But before that, I'd enjoy my life as long as my loved ones are around me.

Since I can regenerate I would be very reckless and do things no sane person would do, i.e. throw myself off of a very high building.

If I can't die, I would not tell anyone I'm immortal, and eventually, someone would be pissing me off, and I would say: "You don't want to fuck with me, I'll show you what happens when you fuck with me." I then precede to blow my brains out in front of him and say "THIS IS WHY YOU DON'T FUCK WITH ME ************!" Of course, if I actually need my brain to function I would probably just appear dead for the week it takes to regenerate. But if I could function without my brain, I would probably end up doing it every time my brain regenerated.
Be very sad because it'd mean I see all my loved ones die. After seeing enough people I care about grow old and die, I'd probably just shut myself off from the rest of the world for a while. Or become completely amoral and selfish. And then I'd want human interaction and closeness again and return to my old self. Rinse and repeat 'till the end of days or my insanity, whichever comes first.
I'm going to learn Spanish! With eternity I can learn everything and then be a smug, know it all asshole to everyone I meet.
At first I'd probably fake my own death in order to destroy my identity and then I guess I would travel the world. I could walk everywhere and have plenty of time to do so.
I'd try for the Halo: Reach achievement "If They Came To Hear Me Beg" for all eternity. If that Elite would just stop moving before I land on him...
