Well since I'm clearly a god or something I'd try to unlock my powers until I either do so or die because I'm not actually a god or something.

Look for food and drink. Take over the Buckingham Palace to live in. Watch and play whatever games or films you want. Run amok and go crazy with army vehicles. After a while realise there are no woman, no sex, no boobs. :-( Woman are awesome. An the smart ones are even more awesome. (Crap, did i save myself there?) Anyway, the comment i was making is without woman then whats the point in a future? When i die then thats the end of humanity. Thats depressing.

I would explore everywhere and steal people's pretty things, probably dress pretty crazy too like in The Tribe or whatever it was called.

Everyone's gone? No chance of other survivors and I know it? Well I've never been one for suicide, but under those circumstances I would be seriously considering it. Barring that, get a small collection of animal companions (Immediately. It'll be too late otherwise), 'steal' two generators and hook it up to a house I'd stay at, take a crash course in animal care, take a crash course in gardening, start up a big garden, care for animal companions and garden, learn what I could about mechanical and chemical engineering and start trying to build my own generators (if nothing else it's something to do), raid the local sporting goods store and get a bow, a LOT of arrows, a hatchet, knife, fishing rod and lures...go hunting...

1: go to NASA
2: send out radio signals about a catastrophic planet wide disaster, calling for aid
3: survive until either Vulcans find me or I get eaten by Tyranids

I suspect most people would either die pretty quickly from not knowing how to look after themselves, or go insane. We're social creatures; even the less social among us needs some level of human interaction to keep it together.

Me? Err... I'd die, actually; although were I willing to discuss medical details online it might be interesting to work out what I'd be most likely to die of. Assuming I was magically also cured of any ailments that require specialist care or wouldn't be considerably worsened by the situation change, I imagine I'd be practical, and try to do some sort of farming. I can see the lifestyle suiting me- weather depending, I suppose. So day to day would be "whatever needs doing to ensure food both now and later."
...Coupled with "slowly go insane", because, yeah. It'd happen.

Find food.
Head towards a large, warm area, metropolitan library and start learning shit.
Work out.
Confirm a lack of anyone left.
Eat, sleep, learn, die of old age.

1. Drive to NASA.
2. Find a rocket or space shuttle.
3. Launch myself into space or explode trying.

For me it would be anything aslong as i get to walk in the middle of the street when i go there. It just makes me feel like a rebel :D. But for actual activities i geusse i would start living on the roof of a high skyscraper, Build a farm (because i still gotta eat and all that), Go clothes shopping for the perfect clothes and then...Well i'd just go to sleep on my skyscraper :/

Go out daily and scavenge food and tech (It's a post apocalyptic world it's called tech because it sounds cooler.) Going from house to house, city to city trying to find a hard drive that has porn and vidya games on it! I would try to get electricity and water flowing in my home again, but other than that I don't know what I would do. Read? Maybe try to do something to make my mark on the world so if anything sentient came by they'd know I was there. After that wore off I would definitely start travelling. I wouldn't be able to accept that I was the last person on Earth. I would leave signs everywhere trying to let someone know that I existed.

I'd probably be incredibly bored 90% of the time as I'm quite a social person. Other than the basic survival thing I'd read a lot and just explore wherever I could. Find out what's behind all those no entry signs.
Although I'm sure I'd go onto the A1, spend a few days moving all the cars off it, steal a Bugatti Veyron and floor it and see what 200mph+ felt like (probably whilst screaming like a child).

I would try to make test tube babies from preserved egg and sperm although it would be a hell of a lot easier if I was female. Try to repopulate the world basically after all can't let it end with me that would be a bit low for how humans should end.

Captcha: just drive
Dammit captcha I have to save humanity not run away.

If I was positive that there is no one left then I would find a gun and kill myself. The human race is finished, even if there was a couple of people left I would probably kill everyone then myself, because there isn't enough for a sustainable population. Save them from despair, and incest.

Well I would first get all of the food that will not spoil from the closest grocery stores, Drive to the nearest bookstore and pick up every book in the Scifi and Fantasy sections, and then slip into a routine consisting of:

1. Wake Up (whenever)
2. Eat (breakfast or lunch)
3. Read
4. Eat (dinner)
5. Read
6. Wack it (once a week)
7. read
8. sleep

Fun routine! Get to read for seven hours a day! Fuck yeah!

As a note if power still would continue to work for a short time I would spend all that time reading playing all the games I wanted to and watching anime, until it stops working of course.

If you think about it heavily, this is actually the plot of Minecraft. Inexplicably you are by yourself, in the middle of the world, with nothing but your own creative ability to keep yourself alive, and facing down your own personal demons, trying to stay alive as long as you can, and building in your spare time.

Clearly.
And just like with minecraft there is really nothing to do with no people around, and I promptly off myself.
