I would revive Nikola Tesla for being a badass and so he can get the respect he deserved for his inventions, on top of that I would hope he would go on to make more brilliant inventions.

I'd remove Kim Jong Il, perhaps North Korea could then North Korea could become a proper country though I doubt it would ever be that simple.
